Remember no matter what the schemes, combinations and/or programs aside, the rule is to figure out what your weakest link is and address it accordingly. Just remember that we are trying to support your primary goal! Whether that is to get bigger, stronger, or to have a mean round house kick we are here to help… Maybe not with the round house kick, but I have a friend. : ) Last thing when you train remember no one wins a medal or a contest for having the greatest work capacity. But very few without great work capacity ever achieve glory without it.
